No. Every AI draft is built only from that specific customer's own answers — their rating, what they ordered, and any note they added. Nothing is invented, and the AI never adds facts the customer didn't provide.
No — negative feedback (1-2 stars) is never sent toward a public Google review draft at all. It's routed privately to the restaurant's dashboard so they can act on it. Starloop doesn't manipulate customers into leaving a positive public review after a bad experience.

No. The system prompt strictly limits the model to the customer's own answers, and drafts are checked against those answers. If a customer didn't mention a dish, staff member, or detail, it won't appear in the review.
Starloop opens the restaurant's Google review page with a suggested draft the customer can edit. The customer reviews it and submits it themselves, in their own Google account — Starloop never submits on anyone's behalf.
