Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. By using Starloop, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must register for an account to access the core features of Starloop. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@starloop.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Starloop offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Trial — 1 location, up to 3 QR codes, and up to 30 AI-generated reviews per calendar month, at no cost.
• Starter — 1 location, up to 10 QR codes, and up to 300 AI-generated reviews per calendar month.
• Growth — 1 location, up to 20 QR codes, and up to 600 AI-generated reviews per calendar month.
• Pro — up to 3 locations, advanced analytics, and up to 1,000 AI-generated reviews per calendar month.
• Business — unlimited locations and unlimited AI-generated reviews.

Billing periods are available as follows:

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The Free Trial plan is available at no charge and includes up to 30 AI-generated reviews per calendar month across up to 1 location and 3 QR codes. Once this limit is reached, AI generation will be paused until the next calendar month. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Solicit, generate, or post fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews;
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or business;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner without our prior written consent;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without express permission.

Starloop uses artificial intelligence to draft review suggestions based on a customer's own feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate;
• The customer is solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before it is posted;
• Starloop is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content;
• Reviews must comply with the review policies of third-party platforms (e.g., Google) and must not constitute fraud or manipulation — Starloop never posts a review on a customer's behalf, and negative feedback (below the business's threshold) is never routed toward a public review draft.

The Service, including its technology, design, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Starloop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying code.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., business name, description, menu items, and questions shown to customers). By submitting content, you grant Starloop a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including but not limited to Google (for posting reviews), Vercel (hosting and infrastructure), Supabase (database), and our AI service providers. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Starloop is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starloop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@starloop.in or through the account settings in your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
